Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
